Cucumber is the new lemon

Lemon. Not awesome.

At Christina's wedding reception tonight they had a jug of water (with an obnoxiously hard to use spout, which is entirely beside the point) that had a bunch of cucumbers at the top of it. It was really good. I think that's my new favorite flavor of water.

"Yes, waiter, can I have a cucumber wedge with my water?"

And lemon wasn't my old favorite flavor of water. Water was my old favorite flavor of water. Except now it's cucumber.

At Christina's shower, they had that same jug and that same annoying spout and I spilled water all over this lady's nice hardwood floor and just left it. I did enjoy the cucumber, too.

when i was really young, i thought a bridle shower was when all the women got together to shower before a wedding. it's sounds erotic now, but when i was young it sounded just plain weird.

Not that I would know, except from the way women talk about bridal showers, but I think the real thing is weirder and probably more invasive.

i think maybe you guys are just bitter that you don't have a party where everyone gives you prizes. Maybe when you get engaged i will throw you one.

what's with everything floating in water these days? The last reception I went to there were raspberries and blackberries floating. I like the new flavors? But what ever happened to just ice?

Ice is the old lemon.

Did you know that if you rearrange the letters in the word "lemon" you get the word "melon." You also get the word "elmon" but that has nothing to do with your post at all.

we're planning on sherbert floating in Sprite, no water. It's not too late to change though and the cucumber idea does sound nice.
