Weight Gain

I weighed myself for the first time in a few weeks, and I've gained 10 lbs. since the last weigh-in. My goal for this week is to break 200 lbs.

I think you should use pledge forms like people do when they are running for some cause. Somebody says, "I'll pledge $2 for every mile you run," and the money goes to the Red Cross or something. You should do the same thing. Somebody could pledge $1 per pound you gain and you could send the money to your cause of choice. Think about it. This is a brillig idea.

Yes b my goal is 200 as well but i am loosing because i use to be a fat man. so do you remember when we went to salt lake and went to the bathroom in that really nice hotel

I don't think you should limit yourself to 200. Go for all you can get.
