I can hear you getting fatter

I looked at myself in the mirror today after I had a Twix ice cream bar for the dessert of my second Beto's meal of the day. I think I could see myself getting fatter. I haven't been in front of a mirror for a few hours, but at the rate I was going, I should look about like this by now.

Hold on to Beto's with everything you have! Don't let go! Don't ever let go! Eat there for every meal because once you leave Utah, it's gone.

Do you mean to tell me that there isn't a "greasy spoon" eating establishment outside of the state of Utah?

Just hold on...have you ever been to Beto's? It's definitely not a "greasy spoon". I would classify it as "authentic Mexican - even down to Montezuma's revenge". And no, there aren't any Mexicans in Louisiana, hence we don't have any great Mexican restaurants like Beto's.

I don't know what a "greasy spoon" is, but can I eat it?

Authentic Mexican food? Take it from someone who grew up near the border--its good, but I don't know if you can call it authentic.

I don't know what all of the hoopla with authentic food is about. If the less-authentic food tastes better, then why would I want authentic food? Isn't that why we Americanize food in the first place?

Your face is gonna be a hoopla if you keep eating it.

you're right B. Our version is usually better... but Ronnie is right too. If you keep eating it, your face is gonna be a hoopla.
